Quality management - a continously process
To guarantee our customers satisfaction and to stabilize our performance on
a very high level
we are continously working on our processes. The internation quality
management standards
are our benchmark since many years.
All single steps in our working process are analyzed and structured to
guarantee at any time
an overview and a easy controll of the single steps.
Our staff members are in a permanent training process to keep
them always on newest level of development.
Our quality management system is controlled and tested regularyly.
The latest certification is dated from July 2009 and is in accordance with
ISO 9001:2008.

SQAS-Assessment
To accomplish our own high demands and the requirements of the European
Council of Chemical Industries CEFIC
(Conseil Européen de l'Industrie Chimique) we arranged our first
assessement according to the standards of
SQAS (Safety and Quality Assessment System in July 2008. We reached a
result of excellent 92 % which has
been certified by an independent auditor.
In connection with our movement to the new terminal and headquarter in
Heimstetten we renewed the
assessment in July 2009 and had the same excellent result.
This certification is clearly showing that we meet all requirements of
quality, safety and environment.
